PROOF OF AGE VALIDATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

YOUR CHILD'S REGISTRATION MAY NOT BE FINAL IF PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED.

PROOF OF AGE verification is MANDATORY if: 

1. Your child is a first time enrollee with Toluca Baseball.
2. If requested by the League Registrar. 

Acceptable forms of Proof of Age are a state issued birth certificate, or a valid passport. Other forms of documentation will not be accepted.  

**For security reasons, we do not keep proof of age documents on file.
